All invoices are itemized in detail to let clients see exactly what services were provided and when. Billing is done on a time and expense method using .1 hour increments in order to provide the best value to customers.  There are no “opening”, “set up”, “closing” or any other automatic extra charges included.

All expenses are billed at the actual rate incurred with no mark-ups added.

Mileage will be charged at the current Federal Rate.  Mileage and travel time may be combined with other assignments and pro-rated when possible.

Digital photographs are provided with the report at no extra charge.  Prints will only be made if requested by client at a cost of $2.00 per print.

Halligan Claims Investigations does not do surveillance.  However we do have fully licensed business partners who can handle any surveillance needs throughout New York State, and we are happy to  help facilitate surveillance assignments for our customers.
