ASSIGNMENTS
The preferred method for assignments to HCI is via email which include digital copies of any necessary supporting documentation. You may also fax or mail assignments and documentation to HCI. If you do fax the assignment, please be sure to confirm that the fax transmission was successful.
All assignments emailed or faxed to HCI will be acknowledged within one business day. If you do not receive an acknowledgement of your assignment by the end of the next business day, please contact us to confirm it was received.
All assignments will generate a formal acknowledgment and action plan so you know we are all on the same page before any work is completed. If you need to discuss the details of any assignment, or if you have any special claim handling or billing requirements, please call 518-832-7064.
